Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Glitch Room mobile application (the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Amit Kumar (the “Service Provider”) as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Application.
Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Application constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Service Provider may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Intellectual Property
The Application, including its design, graphics, word content, sound effects, code, and trademarks, is owned by the Service Provider and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Application or any part of it without prior written permission.
All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
License to Use
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and the rules of any app store from which you obtained the Application.
Service Description
Glitch Room is an offline, pass-and-play social deduction party game designed for groups in the same physical room. Gameplay runs locally on your device. The Application does not require an account and does not provide online matchmaking or multiplayer over the internet at this time.
Changes to the Application
The Service Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part of it at any time. The Service Provider may also release updates to improve performance, fix bugs, or add features. You agree to install updates when offered if you wish to continue using the latest version.
The Application is currently offered free of charge. The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce paid features or change pricing in the future. Any such changes will be communicated clearly through the app store listing or within the Application before they take effect.
Device Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider recommends against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as removing operating system restrictions may expose your device to security risks and may cause the Application to malfunction.

The Application is distributed through third-party app stores that have their own terms and policies, including:
Your use of the Application through these platforms is also subject to the applicable store's terms. The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party store policies or billing handled by those platforms.
Offline Use
Glitch Room is designed to work without an internet connection for core gameplay. No network connection is required to play. If you download the Application over a mobile network, standard data charges from your carrier may apply — those charges are your responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
The Service Provider is not responsible for device battery depletion, data loss caused by OS backup or restore processes, or interruptions caused by factors outside our control. You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged and functional while using the Application.
Termination
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends and you should uninstall it from your device. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Review this page regularly for changes. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
